Will, shall, won't

Hmm... The order in the title isn't inanity. Will is first. Shall is second. Third is negative as one for two.

Order in title

I know from the book, that I can use it to define opinion about the future. Shall is only for official, the second, rare to use.

But won't is only third! Negative about the future is the last in this order ... Hmm ... I painted this. Negative it when I exclude one of the many ends in the present.

But I know that zero or absolute probability is very wrong. Also, I can't use another in the present where I isn't member of the event. Yes, If I'm doing anithing, I can say what is impossible easily. The better way is doing it, don't make prediciton.

For example. If I'm cooking soup the bad idea to thinking about ends where it won't be finished. I must cook for the right end. When I'm looking how anybody do it, the bad way to exclude any end. The conclusion here, that if I use probability.

I musn't exclude any end at first. I must find them, don't exclude any end before event won't finish.

Also, the official is the second ... The first is only opinion about ends.

Description

I hope you'll enjoy youga.

This is the opinion, nothing more. But only one. Hmm ... I know that many people write good about yoga. It define high chance for this opinion to be right.

I can say that sum of their probability is may be 30% ... Yes, it's about many opinion of people who don't like this and try it too. I exclude people who don't know about youga.

Also, sentense show that it's by advice. Yes, when I take this I can reject or accept. And I think 70% of people who accepted will enjoy youga.

Order again

I think what is right order for predict: write all is possible by using will, mark what is possible to be as shall, don't use won't before it ends. Is it right? How do it completely?

Used to

Title include only grammar element how it write, without anithing else. Sick people often used to sleep in temples. In the description, example how to use it following the next ... 

Example don't include links for time, place, people, anithing else what can describe time. Yes, this is past form, but nothing about the time. I can see only keywords: sick, temples, often.

Withoud subject, verb and used to, also.

  • [Different tense] Often is about statistics, we can use it when we don't like or can't say accurate;
  • [Past] Temple is uncommon name for the buildings of the religions, now we know it's how cherch;
  • [Different tense] Sick is about people who don't have a home in this context;

Without anithing, I have only one word that say about time indirectly. Yes, used to is for past ... But how to understand it from this exmaple? It's important because this is right example. It must be sufficient for.

It's tip when I can use used to, only one word temples define it.

Hmm ...

When?

  • It's for the past;
  • I haven't used word temples for my life. It defines first condition: use when subject or object in the past is unknown for me;
  • Term #1: use it for show contrast between the past and the present, or when state or habits ends in the past;
  • Term #2: Past simple can usually replace used to. I can exclude used to when I don't know keyword for it;

Did or didn't

When I need to make question or negative, I'll use did or didn't withoud difference with the past simple.

TIP

Little tip about practice say that ... people use used to instead of use in the questions and negatives. Yeasy to understand what if I know subject or object, I musn't know it when I want to ask anybody. When I like to say about past in negative.

  • Directly question mean: Hey, man, I don't know about your opinion about this (subject or object), please give me the answer, this is a cause because I'm using used to instead of use.
  • Directly negative mean: 

Example #1: Did you used to buy this rare car? If I'm thinking that it's in the past, to buy equal.

Example #2: I didn't used to buy this rare car. If I'm thinking that it wasn't right practice.

Hmm, I can use it for set accent what is uncommon now.

Present perfect or past simple?

Description say that: The company has invented the Mac and the iPod. On the photo Steve Jobs who show new MacBook and I know that Apple inc. is working now.

Yes, Present Perfect is right there because is linking past invent, present and determine what in the future it will be too. I don't know how long, but easy to understand that it may many years.

Descriptions write about Steve Jobs biography, when he was born, how was learning at school, what was creating, etc. It's like for past continuous, but past simple is here and it isn't bad too when we don't like to explore his biography.

Book show different between person and things that he created. Company has worked since 1796 year, when new people continue his business. Also, animated studios Pixar has worked.

In the last term authors wrote that we can use any time by the point of view or by the context ...

Time expressions

For the Present Perfect:

  • I have already made it!
  • I haven't finished my learning yet.
  • I have just finished my homework!
  • I haven't ever been in London.
  • I have never played tennis.
  • I haven't tried oysters before.
  • I have learned English since 2018 year.
  • I have lived in Russia for [preposition] 37 years.

For the Present Simple:

  • I visited pet's shop yesterday.
  • I learned English last week.
  • I drove a car 10 years ago.
  • I play football when I was young.
  • I learned Python then.
  • I ended school in 2004 year.

These adverbs for describe verb at first, link to the past become accuracy. It's ordinary but I write it for remember.

How long

It has repeated many times. Yes, because when I take Present Perfect, I must think how many time I'm spending for it.

Present perfect 3

What is common. They have lived there for centures. It's show that short predict is possible here. Because if they lived, it's determine what tomorrow it must be true too. Oh, and more time.

Many methods to check time period decribed here. But they aren't right for present, maybe usually.

Present perfect 2

Have you ever tried mustard ice cream? Hmmm . Did I make it? Did I try it? Formula is helpful but no, I didn't. I can make answer in the Present Perfect or use short answer or anithing else.

Which time is right to make this question?

Yes I think it determine this unit, cause when I need to do it ... What is common present perfect make link between past and present.

Question is request to check that link is exist.

Restaurant

Story describe restauran. Chef has become famous, he has made things that is uncommon. We have two opinion about it ... 

He saw, link is here, focus on the now!

Link is here too, focus on the now too!

First say about himself, secound about food. But they have negative opinion about it. Link here is negative experience of this place or information. They don't like it ... But I know from the story that many TV shows saw about it.

They didn't do anithing .. but link is here from the TV. Hmm ... Maybe TV show isn't right or maybe anithing of mustard ice cream is make it wrong, but include hidden cause that provide this negative link?

Yes, I'm about hidden, because mustard ice cream is funny for me and I don't see anithing important here. It doesn't provide link for me between it and my present.

But they see more in this and have token negative connection with this inforamtion. Will they have it in the future? Story don't show it. 

Using

Possible to take link that may be diffirence. Ever / never / before is helpful for describe verb, also.

Hm .. their place is right for common template, but phonetics determine place for each of them. I think.

Verb can determine that event don't end or ended, but don't include information about future.

Present perfect 1

Hmm... They've already invented it. I wasn't understanding this description maybe half of the day. But picture take me key for it. People in the story talk about things that we know how modern. But thay talk about in the past many thousand years ago.

I can say today that We've already invented it. I'm about taxi, clocks too. That show how long may be time range for Present perfect. Also, two first tems say that focus may be on the past or on the present time.

 

No tense

I think possible to write it as:

  • The taxi arrived, already // focus on the now
  • The taxi arrived, finally // focus on the past

It's for show that common template is work and possible to use it too. But English like to use tenses more than it. Hmm ... ok, tenses determine time conditions by templates.

Negative

  • I still haven't washed the dishes. // focus on the past
  • I haven't washed the dishes, yet. // focus on the now

Regular ends

  • most verbs, add -ed;
  • when -e in end, add -d;
  • when consonant and -y, delete -y and add -ied;
  • when end single vowel and single consonant, double the consonant;
  • when vowel and -y, add -ed [except pay, lay, say => paid, laid, said];
  • when verbs ends vowel + consonant, double consonant + -ed [except if final syllable isn't stressed];
  • when ends -l, double l + -ed [except North American English];

Past continuous

Unit of past continuous have short title. Hm... no full. No completed ... But the decription say that: Everyone was talking about the alligators.

Oh no, I didn't. Who did talk about it? I can enjoy with present continuous, but past continuous show me it: alligator, man who afraid it into the sewers. Hmmm .... 

Story about it show me what is cause. But question under set probability that this story is true. Wow. Difficult, maybe.

It's show that common use of past continuous is decripe past that include probability to be. Possible to explore it also for get right unswer. Yes it isn't old events that isn't possible to check. I know year when book was publishing and from the story I know about time marker for 1 year ago of it.

Past continuous is for anything that must be exploring, learning, etc. Because past simple include fact without timespan, include grammar tips and nothing more.

Past continuous is about timespan that decribed shortly. It's cause of it and place for exploration, learn, etc. Yes, grammar tips may help but don't replace full description.

Past simple 3: irregular past forms

The description under formal title say: They spoke Celtic languages. The first question is Who did they be? I don't know. The second Which Celtic languages did they use? Third How is it be?

I don't know nothing about and I need maybe year for explore it for understand. Oh. Irregular verb describe this store. It determine action that is right to describe with irregular verbs.

In the present is right to use speak. But after many years it will be understandable. Oh yes, if you like to be on the page of historical book ... try anithing else. Don't speak. They won't understand it. Hm... Julia will look better on the historical pages.

Yes. I'll understandeble ... Hm.. But irregular verbs include many common deals that we are doing each day: eat, read, write, speak, sleep, do, be  ... 

Don't sleep

Omg, but I like it. Yes, in the future nobody won't write books about me: "How he slept". Hm, other verbs in the description irregular, also: speak, make, become, know, have, go, bring, become.

It's information about past actions that we can imagine, but can't write as fact. It's decribe it in genral too. No details, only historical description. Hmm ... this history similar for past regular form, but hidden details is impossible to check here. I can't ask these peoples, but I can ask Julia, maybe. She saw about it too.

Past simple 2: regular past forms

Story about Julia

She lived in a tree. Common sentense that include story about she in the past. Oh, what is important for me who don't like learn by heart - many irregular verbs here.

Yes. I know about and I see that regular verb in the sentense that determine her story shortly. Regular is about anithing that happen often. It was live as we know it, nothing out of this. Hm...Maybe ... But why is maybe? It was two years! Yes, it's true!

Hmm... different between regular and irregular verb is clearly, but I think authors show what is mean here. Regular past form is for long events in the past for the people withou time limits.

It's possible to me 10 minutes ago and 10 years ago. Julia Butterfly Hill was born  in 1974, she is real woman ...

Hmm... many terms here, exceptions is here too. I use vocabulary that include around 10.000 verbs and 304 of them with ends that must modified to set -ied in the end.

Examples: tidy, cry, modify, pry, shy. 

Past is right for common events for the people in the past. Hmm, but examples isn't right as common for people.

Wow. I think this is wrong to do it 2 last years. Verbs are common for past simple when it's regular past form. That I use each day by the present simple or by present continuous.

This form is helpful for understanding what is right to do now with prediction how it will look in the future as past. I have verbs that don't include modifications for the past form. They look good in the past form with markers only.

Past simple 1: was/were

Formal title. He was a popular hero. It's past. Is it nothing now? Description around the photo ask me "Was he a real man?" ... They don't know too.

Omg. What is subject of this theme? If I don't know. They don't know.

Three titles

Header include photo and three titles with description. It's about was/were only that is form of verb be in the past. But unit 2 was about past too. Wow.

Ok. I'm man. I was man. It's easy. But if I talk about Robin Hood I can't say "He is" or "He was", because I don't know. Yes, it's true.

Description say that possible R.H. was born before his popularity in 13th centry. But it isn't fact. More question here than answers. But mean is dialog about him.

Merry Man, it was woman or man or both ... Maybe group of people. It's secret around of R.H.. Oh, past form of verb be include secrets. They were two or one ... I don't know.

Hmm... robbing rich people is cause. But in the next descriptions that isn't true. Oh. They were famous. But difficult to catch a cause. Maybe book was cause that is real true I think. But book published in 1883 year. R.H. was famous int 13th century.

Oh. Only one question now. What is defference between you and I, he, she, it? I can use you only in dialog. Where I'll say "I was young" or "You were young", forcus to show that we were different.

If I say about "He was young" in the dialog no differens with "I was young", because if I know so many about him I'm lose some about me. It's right for she/it too. Or it will be lie, because I don't know so many.

Imperatives

No noun, pronoun ... no subject ... Verb isn't changeble ... object is optional. Hmm ... It's easy each time, because imperative exclude obligations and include only action as common.

Yes, earthqueake is not prevent now. But know what it's nature and know some how to be it it will come.

  • no personal obligations. Use please to be polite and take obligations;
  • we know cause, it's nature affect;
  • we know how it work, but isn't accurate;
  • we know only verb without focuse on any group of them;

Yes, I think it's all that is common of the Imperatives. Also, verbs will coming in the next parth of the book. May be details of the verbs will help for understand Imperatives better.

Subject is possble. But it add obligations, make it nearly of the present simple.

Do I need to make present simple as imperative? Yes, if nature affect is more understanding. Imperative may be transform into the present simple.

  • No time conditions: infinitive only;
  • If have experience: use isn't accurate always or never;
  • If know about famous action that isn't right but possible: use negative don't;
  • If need to give obligation away: use please;
  • If anybody can take obligation: use subject;
  • Present simple will may be in the end;

It's right for nature affect where research didn't finish. Also, at some time where all conditions aren't clear but need to say or write anything. Is it needed?

Imperatives have a cause: palce, another event, action, statement, people, nature affect, etc.Cause is more common to  make or upgrade imperative to present simple.

Hmm... if I look for it I can see where he or she enjoyed and where is formal. Maybe it's only one here ...formal present simple for say, question for begin dialog. Negative for stop it isn't present here.

Many different ways is possible here, but:

  • Present simple is easy formal, it's for neutral sentiment;
  • Present simple question not for regular, it's for begining, negative is for stop;
  • Look as 3th person isn't easy;
  • Any verbs is more difficult than other;

 

  • Present continuous for positive talk;
  • Present continuous don't set obligations;
  • It's include very difficult exceptions;
  • It's include other exceptions too;

Common

 
  • Present simple for regular, repeated events. With frequency adverb before verb, also;
  • Present continuous for describe unfinished activity or that is in progress now;
  • We rarely using present continuous for verbs which are about states, not actions: know, love, like, etc;

My opinion

 
If present simple is possible without ends under terms or present continuous with simple +ing, use it one or both. Don't use any verb that no right for both.

It looks as verb be, but include additional verb with end to mark it as present continuous. Yes, it's creating one action at the moment by anybody withou obligations. Evolution of the verb be.

"Two" irregular ends

  • If a verb ends in -e, drop the -e [except: be]
  • If a verb ends in one vowel and one consonant, double the consonant [except if final syllable isn't stressed]
  • If a verb ends in -ee, append -ing
  • If a verb ends in vowel + b, g, m, n, p, t, double consonant
  • If a verb ends in -l, double l [North American english has one l]
  • If a verb ends -ie, ie => y + ing

Oh, terms coming here too. They are show what no all verb is right for it ... Why not? I have some about present simple where I can get problem with verbs that is right for he/she/it.

But here ends is diffirent with previous experince. I should check it apart ... Pronoun not important here, focus on the verb.

Present continuous: Subject am / is / are + verb + ing;

Yes, be will alternative for adverb here. It's verb's description. For example: He is coming. Now "is" describe verb "coming", because he is doing it by his manner.

Difficult

I got four: die, lie, tie, untie ... Their end is many difficult than other. Do anybody enjoy within them? What is common - strict point. All of them about point ... die and lie not about engjoy, yes. But what is tie/untie? It's pair.

Hmm... I'm untying ... . I'm tying ... . Yes, I understand that it's possible to be right or not but each time it's changeble. It's easily for die and lie.

At sometimes tie is right. But it possible to be wrong. Untie, also.

I should use it at the right moment... 

Attention needed, don't enjoy here. Oh, what is so real good, that untie is after tie. Order say what anithing must be tied for allow untie for it. Also, tie is diffucult to do ...

Easy way don't tie that is difficult to do. I can untie if I know where it tied.

If present simple is possible without ends under terms or present continuous with simple +ing, use it one or both. Don't use any verb that is not right for both.

Present simple #2: negatives and questions

Hm... I'm coming to negatives and questions with little conclusion:
 
I use present simple statements when I don't have another better quality. Exclude it when -s needed. Verb be is the right alternative for present simple.
 
I may use it when the rule for -s end is easy.
 
Others aren't my competent or ability, overspending obligations. Because my opinion will be inability. I can avoid wrong secrets too when exclude strong focus on the subject. What is needed to make a high quality opinion, also I must do a job to rate anybody's job too.
 
Is it good idea to work so hard?

Do you like zoos? It's for description ... Oh, title is formal again. I wanna do little explorations to understand what is here.

Present simple #1: statements

Hmm... I'm going to learn first statement of present tense. But I got maybe under title at first. Wow it's nice. I haven't began statement but I have probability after less than one minute. Oh.

But I must remember what it's about present simple! It don't include conditions about time.

Maybe

Oh. All here will be under the maybe slogan. Hmm... all pictures about girls for boys. But where is it for girls? Do girls know anithing? Hm... It's interesting... 

Do they want beautiful boys? What do they want? Hmm... I know one film "What women want". This question is difficult, but cinema production try to make answer.

"What men want" is the second film, budget say what more women's secrets is more popular that men's secrets.

Oh. But I know what all secrets is interestion only when they are secrets. It determine cause why girls on the picture.

Girls like it, it's popular. Also, I won't search answer for break secret. Secret will be wrong when it has broken =/ What is the secret here? Do you ready for it?

Yes. I have filter for all ends. It's a good news. Do I need all of them? I have nice filter here. Can I use verbs with only simple ends? If I can, obligations to write it right won't be my, but I'll lose ... 
 
What do I lose? I'll lose only opportunity say about people or it my opinion about how they do anithing. But only for strict list of verbs.
 
But It won't be accuracy, only maybe right, because it's present simple, only.
 
Is it important to use all verbs? Do I need learn by heart all of them? Hm... It looks no predictable easy ...

  • If end is -o, -ch, -sh, -ss, -x => add es;
  • If end is consonant + -y => drop -y and add -ies;

I can use be for replace it. If difficult to find verb, will be easily to say about state by use famous word or term.

It's previous theme. Easy, but it works NO => it simple grammar knowledge. Don't use verb where will be better to use noun.
 
Difference in the word type. I can get noun what is nearly for constant easily than verb that nearly for the action. Action is more difficult for predict.

If I like to say: He make anithing wrong. NO! Will be better to say only his public statements, refuse of searching the verb or don't do anithing.

Has

It's exceptional for it. Verb will change for uncommon and understandable state.

How to

It isn't bad to begin, usually. I use present simple statements when I don't have another better quality. Exclude it when -s needed. Verb be is the right alternative for present simple with a famous or accurate object. I can use the object again as the subject.

Be

Hm... common question is simple. But what is answer? Yes, I think is title, permanently state. Simple story and dialog show what King Henry VIII don't know who is his son. King ask about the clothes. He don't worry about the son.

Only one that is problem here. It's about King Henry VIII, I didn't read "The Price and the Pouper". But it's show how is it possible. How be may be present.
 
Hm, one moment. King use be in the questions about son and about true, and in the statements about clothes. It was King Henry VIII.
 
I look for the picture on the left side and see what one boy have good clothes. Second have cheap. But now is 2024, that determine new rules for style. Omg, anybody can do it, no need to be King.

In the book it's present in the present tense and they aren't past how in the history. It provide description for many statements:

  • The Prince is ...
  • The Pauper is ...
  • The King is ...

  • They are ... (King and Pauper) 
  • Each person can say about anithing It is ... 
  • Each person can say I am ...

World class and world order #A #1

Hm... I read all terms and look for the title. Order and worlds class is as one... Hmm... Do world class determine their order or their order determine class?

If I think about enithing, I'll have the name firts. And I'll set place for it in the second step. If I don't have anythink on the place where I need it, I will search it for this place.

Answer isn't questions but question in the words order. If I read this I see it, but if I listening I don't understand question this or statement... It's probability. How to understand it? I can divide it and calculate:

  • How chance is B asking? (X)
  • How chance is B saying? (1 - X)
  • How chance is B like it? (Y)
  • How chance is B not like it? (1 - Y)
  • How chance is B like enithing else? (Z)
  • How chance is B not like enithing else? (1 - Z)

Probability in the brackets. Hm. I look for it and understand what is important here. Only A determine all what B will do. Yes, I don't know how to calculate X or Y or Z now, but I know where is cause.

Need to change statement for exclude probability. It's about childrend for childrens. How to say about. Not bad for exlude difficult answers for question what isn't important now.
